Nathalia Rocío Mendoza Barón, Political scientist and internationalist, she is the Gender Coordinator of Alliance for Responsible Mining (ARM). She leads gender mainstreaming into the projects and processes of the organization. Previously she worked on promoting women's rights through gender mainstreaming with the government of Bogotá. She was a consultant for the consulting firm "Citizenship for development" were she manage all the gender topics and finally, she also was part of the Vocational Development Program for Women given by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family of Korea and the EWHA Woman´s University.
